Banana Carrot Muffins {6m+}

Thank you to my amazing followers that have recreated the Banana Carrot muffins and tagged me in them or sent me comments that your baby/toddler liked them! If you follow me on social media, you may be familiar with Baby Led Weaning. Baby Led Weaning is a passion and interest of mine since I’m a foodie/nutritionist. It’s a non traditional way of feeding your baby solids. Essentially they eat what you eat! These muffins are BLW friendly for babies 6 months and older. I say that because they don’t have any sugar added 😉

1 cup oats (quick or rolled)
1 ripe banana
1 cup shredded carrots
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of himalayan salt
I used a Vitamix to shred the carrots with the banana first, then added the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350° for 16-18 mins. Perfect for babies and toddlers! These freeze well too. Be careful not to over blend the batter! Blend it for about 30 seconds. Makes about 12 muffins.
