Ingredients:
1 lb. organic ground turkey
1/2 cup cooked organic quinoa
1/4 cup organic feta (avoid fat free, less chemicals this way)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion poder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 egg white, cage-free/organic
Avocado Oil or any other high heat oil (to coat patties)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to form four patties. Coat both sides of your turkey patties with avocado oil (this will prevent them from sticking to your BBQ or grill pan). Cook each patties for about 8 minutes (on medium heat) on both sides, or until cooked through. Serve with grilled vegetables of your choice! We did grilled zucchini and asparagus. Makes for a great low carb, high protein dinner.
