Vegan Fudgsicles

These are a yummy vegan treat with no sugar added! Perfect for hot summer days and baby led weaning (teething babies + toddlers). Hope y’all enjoy! If you make these be sure to tag me or comment below.

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados (seeds and skins removed)

1 can coconut milk (full fat)

1/4 cacao or cocoa powder

1/4 + 1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Blend all ingredients into a blender until mixture is smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. If you don’t have popsicle molds you can use dixie cups and popsicle sticks, inserting the popsicle sticks when the mixture is halfway frozen. To remove each fudgsicle, run each popsicle mold under hot water for approximately one minute.

Optional: You could add some vegan or paleo protein powders to these to up the protein content!LRG_DSC02488LRG_DSC02481.jpgPS – Numnum’s GooTensil spoons work great if you are missing a popsicle stick 😛
